I tried to make a offer with a local high school for a design I made.

well in short, they denied my offer. My question is, if i go to the football games, will I get in trouble if I sell the shirts there?

For a number of reasons (and you should keep it all in the same thread to make things easier). First off, you can no more infringe on their trademarks without their permission than you can with.

Second, they have the absolute right to control who is selling merchandise on their campus.

okay I understand that but i ended up not using their logo (not trademarked). instead the shirt just has their school initanals and say "all we do is win win win no matter what"
