My wife and I own and operate a business in Riverside County. We are facing problems with the planning department. They are telling us that we need to rezone but we have a model of a business that should comply within the current zoning codes. We are being told to comply by the same date that we have an apointment to meet with the county planner to discuss the issue. We are also told that we will be charged a processing fee to be determined by the board of supervisors. We have asked the advice from all around us. No help.
