Can anyone tell me the income guidelines for a Court Appointed Attorney in the State of Kansas. I can't seem to find that information anywhere.

I believe you are talking about the drunk driving charge your daughter got on new years eve. Well oviously you haven't read my 2nd reply on your other thread. If this is your daughters 1st offense and she was drinking as you stated you don't need an attorney (if she took a breath test and failed it go for diversion...You only get 1 in a life time... if you fight it and are found guilty you can never get a diversion), all an attorney will do is get the paper work for you and charge you anywhere from $500.00 to $5,000.00, You can do this all yourself. Please reply and I will tell you how. Don't let them take your money. The amount of money a court appointed attorney charges depends on what town you are in.
I also live in Kansas and believe me I know.

Good Luck!
PS. Please click on the reply button on the bottom I can't let you know unless you ask.
