Court battle, two ex's fighting over custody of a child. the ex wife's husband is on probation, durning the hearing on custody the wife's husband tells the truth about something that happened, (it happened to be something that he was not supposed to do according to his probation but not against the law). Judge gives custody to mother and her husband (I had custody to begin with) the ex-husbands lawyer then gets mad because he lost and sends just peices of the court transcript to the probation dept. and sends a letter blowing all of it out of propotion. Husband goes to jail on probation revoktion.
Did the lawyer on the ex husbands side over step his bounds in any way? ethical?
If the Judge did not find it neccessary to notify the PO dept., the county Att. did not find it was neccessary Do you think I could have a case agianst the ex's att.? What kind of att. would I look for to get in a case of that nature? Thank you very much

The attorney acted ethically. You have no case.
