Hello......
its me with the 12 months late with the rent from delinquent minister tenant nightmare again. I appreciated your past posts. I did contact my lawyer for help. While I have been waiting for a call back I served 3-day notice to pay back rent certified register return receipt. No response so I served him with a 30 day notice to vacate and filled out an affadavit of service with the local notary public. The next step is the court date. I know it has to be served not more than 12 days and not less than 5 days prior to the court date. Do I have to use a special form to serve this tenant notice? By the way the man has no lease. Do you think as long as the papers leading up to the court date have been served properly justice will be served..............
Thankyou for your help
