good morning
as many of you are aware hubby is currently deployed with the united states army in kuwait,
i have requested the court stay judicial proceeding due to his service for his country, the landlord attorney filed a petition to deny this request, she wants the court to decide on her rent increase before the stay of judicial proceeding request, she also has demand that if the court grants the stay she wants proof of husband deployment and papers of his being in the united states army, i have emails that were sent to her realtor and a phone log of a conversation with her back in january right after his deployment. i feel this is distress and other bull****, she still has not been able to sell the house and continues to make no repairs.
i have given a copy of orders of husband deployment to the court of common pleas in Pa attached with the sailors and soliders act,, i am afraid going to court alone. she is crying that the rent is not covering her mortgage for said property, i have looked at the public access files and their is no liens or other legal issues regarding this property, however there are liens and other issues regarding her primary residence in springfield Pa, she owes sewer n debris monies to the township,
should i demand proof that the mortgage and or taxes on this property went up.. i have figured it out, over the last three years we have paid over 33,000 in rent, since i used to own my home own, i know you can deduct the interest and taxes, and home improvements, damn she has not improved this property, in fact i would consider her a slum lord. i have looked at the previous mentioned public access file concerning this docket and the last verbage file was "ORDER FILE" what does that mean, is she getting her rent increase and im getting the stay of judicial proceeding? there is no other message after that only the judges name and date it was ordered, by the way she wants to increase the rent to 1060 claims she is jeopardy of foreclosure, on which property??
I dont know when hubby is coming home, there are many other issues, her realtor agent treats me with disrespect,
please give suggestions,
or by the way im looking for a house to buy

if it wasnt for the many people who have served this country and in fact my husband has served 19 plus years and is a segarant first class, he has never complained about his duty to this country and to see a laywer and worse yet the landlord who knows full well that hubby has been deployed, she even called his job and asked the neighbors, the witch consistently drives by the house. we would not have the rights we sooo cherised today, thanks for letting me vent
