If my brother missed his court date on Friday for sentencing but, appeared in
court the following Monday will the warrant be lifted

If my brother missed his court date on Friday for sentencing but, appeared in
court the following Monday will the warrant be lifted

If he missed his court appearance on a Friday, but appeared on the following Monday, I would think they would have served the warrant on him. if not, then his attorney had best contact the court and make sure the warrant is recalled or it just might get served on him after all.

No one here can possibly know what WILL happen, only what MIGHT happen.
