so i went to what was supposed to be the last reveiw hearing.

NCP wants to switch from wednesday overnights to tuesday overnights. i agree.

NCP was to bring proof of less hours at work so the judge can grant him more time. (he doesn't have more time.) so that was a no go. he got same time.

NCP will take kids to tutoring on tuesdays. i will take the kids to tutoring on thursdays.

NCP brought up speaker phone issues. he was told by the court to call the cell phone last time if privacy was such a concern. he says no, cell phone is turned off. I told him to call the house, i'll turn the cell on and he can call it.
(we had this same conversation at the last hearing)
judge said "you have two options, you buy them a new house phone or call the cell!)

NCP complained of having to pay co-pays for the children's healthcare. he says he shouldn't have to take the children to to doctor. also he says he isn't getting notified of the children's appointments until after (i didn't understand how he was being notified until after but still taking them on time). judge asked me my thoughts. i stated, the mail notifications are set to be mailed to his house while i receive e-mail reminders. judge made no comment on the co-pays. judge approved of mail notifications.

we were both ordered to attend PACT. i went, he didn't. he said he didn't go because he thought we had to go together. we were ordered to go to another six week parenting course together, but funding was lost for that. judge asked me how i liked it. she felt there was more communication in the room.

another hearing is set for august. spring break was cut in half.

issue of NCP still taking the kids to his mother's house where drugs are being used openly. NCP admited to this when the judge asked him. stating he had to go to work so he had to leave his kids with his mother (told ya :p CC) the judge told him to stop doing that. IF CPS shows up, they are taking the kids, no questions asked. and getting the kids back will be no easy feat.

i walked away with nothing disruptively changed. so it went well.
