What is the name of your state? dc

The court lost my case file. Anyone ever had any experience with this and how it was resolved? We are currently operating under a temporary order. Its been missing for a few months and I checked yesterday and they still have not located it. This shouldnt affect our next hearing which is coming up soon? right?
