What is the name of your state? California

The last court hearing happened in the first week of May. The judge ordered
"the Petitioner's counsel to prepare Order for signature of the Court".
The petitioner's counsel has not yet filed the court order (which will
have the new visitation orders). It has been almost 8 weeks since. The next
hearing is in first week of September. I am not getting the new visitation based
on the agreement in the last court hearing.

Is there any time limit for the petitioner's counsel to file the court order?
What are my options if the petitione(stbx) continues to delay filing the
court oder?

The petitioners attorney had a sent a draft of the court order a week ago.
My attorney rejected because the draft had major inconsistency on visitation
with what was agreed upon in the court.

You will have to let your attorney do their job, delays are common, this is to be expected. If it is intentional your attorney canask for sanctions. You might check to see if there is a minute order re your changed visitation if that is in your favor and you might be able to have that enforced, but if there is a minute order and it doen't reflect what your understanding is, then you will have to wait. Have you ordered a transcript or recording of the hearing?

Thanks for responding.

There were two orders in the last hearing. The first visitation agreement is
for the first 5 weeks after the hearing. Then the second visitation agreement
is for visitation after the first 5 weeks until the next hearing.

The meeting minutes order is not very clear on the second visitation agreement.
This minutes are missing some key details, thereby not in my favor(does
not represent completely what was agreed in the court). It has conflicting
statements after the first 5 weeks of visitation.

Stbx is complying with the first visitation agreement and is continuing with
the first visitation agreement until the next hearing.

I can order the transcript of the hearing. In what way will it help in my case?
