General question: Is it possible to get a court order for action from a third party without filing a complaint against a second party? Specific question: Is it possible to get a court order for Ebay to remove negative feedback from a feedback file without suing the person who put it there?

possibly, since Ebay shouldn't be reposting negative information that is unverified
