Ga Ok so my ex and I finally finished court on Oct 26. The jugde order a court order that my ex's lawyer wanted to write up. This is what i heard from the judge:

Supervised vitits until Jan 9th or finish your parent class before than and you may have them without your mother there.
Child support Starts Nov
We must discuss hoildays
over nights start Jan 9th until then sat and sun 10-5

HE said the judge ordered him to have unsupervised vitits starting after Thanksgiving,

after he picked up the child this pass saturday i realized his mother wasnt with him, so i told him Saturday night he must have his mother with him tomorrow or there will be no visit.

He came to pick up the child and wasent able to becuase the court order has not be written yet so the cop was only able to go with the old court order which was my ex having his daughter supervised.

I told my ex to show me documents he finished the class, but he said his lawyer has it and has filed with with the court, which i dont understand how becuase dont you have to have an order filed with it.

My question is: It has taken almost 2 month for the order to be written I cant remeber the details, why dont i have an order?

Did I have to follow what my ex said was true, but i heard something different?

Can he take custody away from me becuase i didnt follow what the judge MAY have said and I misunderstood.

when is a court order a court order?

If it is filed in the court then it is filed and you should be able to access it. Or you can call his attorney and ask. Or YOUR attorney can call his attorney and ask.

that wasent my question. I'm sorry if it was confusing. I'm at work typing.

It hasent even been written by his lwyer yet. (court order) The judge already said what he wanted in the court order, but his lawyer is taking forever to type it and get the dang thing signed by the judge. and at the moment, my ex and I heard different things in court. Should I follow what my ex supposely heard and if i dont agree with him can I say no until his stupid lazy lawyer writes the court order? Can I just follow the old order until he lazy lawyer write up the new order, its been 2 months and he still hasnet written it up.

So why hasn't YOUR lawyer done anything? Or don't you have one? Have you called his attorney and asked about the court order? Did dad finish his parenting class?

I dont know if he finished the parents classes, he wont show me papers. So i refused the visit last week. I dont know what the order exactly says. All I want is the papers, so i can read them to refresh my mind. My lawyer request the court order last week, but his lawyer said he is still trying to calculate child support since he wanted 8 weeks of my papaer (2 paychecks ). I turedn in my pay Nov 3, but he then said he wanted 1 more paycheck, so we has to want for my next paycheck until Dec 3rd becfore he can start the court order.

I'm I oin contempt? and lose my child over this?
