court trying to serve papers

What is the name of your state?Fl.
If the court is trying to serve someone papers to appear, and they continue to move, how can they find that person. This person seems to find and harrass me on a daily basis, but does not have a permanant residence. What can I do?

What I did was set up a "meeting" with the perp. and have someone else there to serve him. Basically I tricked him because he hid at hotels for two months and there was no other way to get him served. It'll take acting skills and maybe some xanax.
