Oklahoma; After recieving a dismissal of judgement how long does a plantiffs attorney have to sign release forms.

I assume you are asking about a Motion to Non-Suit (dismiss all claims). If correct, there are no statutory time requirements.... it can be done right up (and into) the actual trial. So, contact the other party IN WRITING and ask them to forward their Motion to Dismiss to the court within 10 days or that you will set a trial date.
