Cousin Sold Dad's stuff without asking

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ohio. Recently I had a cousin sell somethings on ebay that belong to my dad. Dad wants them back but they are gone. Cousin kept the money said my brother said it was ok to sell those things for helping him on the farm (lie). He bought junk with the money. How can Dad get his money back?

well, technically that won't get his money back but it will get a judgement that he could attempt to collect.
