CP wants to move kids don't

We had court today to enforce my visits..judge was all for it...per the parenting coordinator.... so mom drops the bomb there at court says they are moving to Florida....and I can't stop her....judge says she has a right....

so kids are here now and are suppose to stay till 4 days before school starts..well school starts on Monday down there...so I get 2 days before my kids move 1400 miles/19 hours away...

I get the kids here and my daughter says "dad will you fight to make me not go? I don't wanna go"

None of the kids wanna go.........what do you think my chances of getting custody are since they don't wanna go..and the PC even said mom did not consider the kids in this move.......kids are 11,13, 16

PLEASE HELP ME..they leave the day after tomorrow...

Do you have an attorney? If not get one! Did you contest the move in court? Was a new visitation schedule set up taking into account the distance?

OK to answer questions first.....the judge put the visitation in the PC hands..she told me yesterday she'd give me whatever I wanted...which is good..if I wanna drive every month she'll give it to me...but I can't afford that...

but since I posted last I have new info...

my daughter went to the Dr with my wife today..and like my daughter always does..she talks...ALOT..and shared alot...she said something to my wife that made me question her...she said that mom would leave her here..my wife said no I don't think she'd do that...daughter said **** will make her..Wife said he can't "make" her...daughter said yes he can.....So when they get home and my wife tells me I take daughter aside and talk..come to find out he has put a gun to her head..for cheatin and said they were moving or he'd kill someone...

So do you thikn this will get an emergency order? Yes I have an attorney..and as of this morning she said we needed something more than the kids just saying they don't wanna go...if the PC believes daughter do you think they could stay?
