Can a class action suit be used in the state of florida for assessment concerning Citizens Property Insuance?
Today I received new homeowners renewal and this assessment is for state owned insurance corp that isured people at high risk, living on beach. This assessment on mine is almost two hundred dollars and Iam on limited income and cannot afford to pay for someone elses insurance. can you help us here in fl.
