What is the name of your state?I reside in GA and I am desperate for some advice. I have rencently sold my computer on Craig_s list, and the individual who bought it is threatening to sue me. The guy came over to my house inspected the computer and bought it for 800. He is now claiming there is a dent in the computer and I should refund him 250 dollars for his computer, because He claims I sold it to him with the dent in it. The computer left my house in perfect condition. He says that I used the word excellent to describe the condition of the computer in my ad, and he Is going to take me to small claims court for misleading him, if i do not give him 250. Not only has he threatened to sue me but he has also threatened to use all of my personal information on the computer to contact the names and number in my address book. I am really lost scared and confused. I am an honest college student who just wanted to sell his power book. PLEASE HELPWhat is the name of your state?
