In Nov 2007 I responded to an ad on Craigslist for a used Nokia 6133 phone for $60. The seller, who lives in Philadelphia, and I communicated via email and phone, she stated she would accept $67 to cover the cost of shipping. I sent her a USPS money order, but I have yet to receive the phone. We communicated, she claimed she had a family issue and stated she would send the phone on Dec 15th. No phone, so I contacted her on Dec. 20th, she stated she had sent it via Priority Mail that day. I still have not received the phone? What can I do to get my money back?
