Crazy as all Hell....

My wife has gone off the deep end, she is a drug addict and I am divorcing her because of it as well as many other factors. My wife knows that tomorrow is the day that papers get files and she has become very desperate. She called my family today and told my sister that her brother, me, married a junkey that used to work as an escort. She vows to call my employer tomorrow and do the same. What can I do, she is out to destroy me. She also is threatening to have me arrested and press charges for abuse because I gave her money knowing she was a drug addict and as much as I am ashamed of it, helped her adminaster her drug of choice when she wasn't able to due to illness. I am scared, I am an average guy that has never done drugs and has never been in trouble with the law. I wear a suit and tie everday for my 9-5 office job. Please help I am at my wits end here.

I seriously doubt that she has proof of any crime. so let's just set aside the whole "trouble with the police" thing.

As for her telling your family that she is a junkie/escort. Not much you can do about that, if she decides to trash her own (not that it isn't already) reputation as well.

I am sure that the fact that you are in the process of a divorce will lend a motive to her "disclosure" that should explain things to your family and to your employer.

You might want to consider a restraining order, if she actually follows through on any of her threats. That would prevent her from continuing to harass you.

you might also want to consider a serious look at yourself, the choices that you make and the people that you surround yourself with.

Your behavior is inexcusable as well.
