How do we go about starting a new subsidary/ business under the incorporation "umbrella"

What type of forms are required to start the new business under the Incorporation
Please Advise, How do we start our business under the Incorporation title

eg TTI Computers Services a division / subsidary of TTI Incorporation

Check with your State office of business registration. The process may be called fictious name registration or something like that. Your State may only allow use of a dba such as TTI Inc. dba TTI Computer Services.
