What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN

I’m creating a supplemental needs trust for my son, but don’t want his name on the trust. Can someone give me some generic names to name the trust? The trust will own property and other items.

I don't see that it will matter, but ok:

Assuming his name is James Wilson Smith

Now use the initials (JWS) instead of his name.

Initials work, if the last name is not sensitive you can just use something like "Smith Child Trust"

To be clear - you can name it anything you want. This is really not a legal question...
