Are you a US citizen?

Do you intend on returning to the US anytime in the future?

Did you lie on your application for the credit card regarding income or anything else?

Depending when you come and what you do you may find yourself sued once you return. Other than that it’s likely nothing will happen.

For that amount of money there is certainly a chance that they will attempt to collection from you in your home country. Its probably not a particularly strong chance but I don't believe it can be entirely ruled out.
