Most credit card companies determine interest rates upon you credit history. The better the lower the worst the higher. Is this not discrimination?

Discrimination would be based on race, sex (or orientation), religion, ethnic background, etc..... not on how you pay your debts.

If you don't pay your bills on time, a creditor can charge whatever rate your state law allows...
