credit card fraud by daughter

i'm writing this for a good friend.
her daughter, in kansas, took out credit cards in her mom's name without her knowledge.
she does not want to call the policeat least, not at this time)
but the question is: how can she get the account numbers and issuers so she can cancel the cards? the daughter is not paying.(but won't give mom the numbers)

That's easy, have your friend's mom pull all 3 of her credit reports, all the info will be on the reports. Then she needs to have the credit bureaus issue a fraud alert to stop anything new from happening and she DOES need to fill out a police report or she will never get the creditors or the credit bureaus to remove the fraudulent accounts.

This is NO time to coddle the daughter. She's committing a crime !
