Credit Card Collection Statute of Limitations

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

I see that the SOL in LA is 10 years for contracts and 3 years for "open accounts". I believe that I have read that credit card accounts, revolving accounts that is, are considered open accounts, so when does collection for these accounts prescribe? 3 years, correct?
