With two different balances.

Statement balance in email 2,591.33

And on altered statement 2,650.63

And you are free to bring that up in court. If you are lucky you will owe $60 less.

There are many reasons that it may not have shown up on the statement. And none of them are going to get the suit dismissed.

The problem you have (and the reason the suit isn't going to be dismissed) is that you don't disagree that you owe money, you simply disagree about the amount.
