What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? UT

Maybe this isn't the place to ask it, so if it isn't please let me know which forum I need to post in (i'm a newbie).

What do I need to do if the website I run gets hacked and my customers' credit card info may have been intercepted? So far I've done the following:
Filed with local PD and FBI
Contacted all customers that might be affected to get new card #'s
Added/changed security on site so it doesn't happen again

Are there additional steps that I should be taking?

Some of my customers want some type of compensation for the inconvenience of getting a new card issued. Legally, are they entitled to something that I should be preparing for?

As far as I know, there haven't been any credit card #'s used fraudulently that stem from this. But if someone does get some fraud charges and it can be traced back to this incident, what, if any, responsibility do I carry?

I've been on the customer's end of this before, and I know what its like.

Thanks
