My ex-wife recently filed for Chapter 7 in California. Between her own business and her credit card shopping habits, she managed to run up over $150,000 in credit card debt. My name is not ( knowingly or legally ) on any of her credit cards, I never received anything or benefitted from any of them in any other way. Is it possible I may be found responsible to pay half of the debt she's incurred?
