undefinedWhat is the name of your state?CA My sister in law a year and a half ago went online to ABC Distributing and charged 390.89 on my account with out permission. I have given her since 12-02 to pay it off and has never made the payment to the company, therefore I had to pay it.Is this just civil or is it criminal?
