What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Hi, I managed to establish a credit on a false SSN and using my real name and address. But tough times right now and I don't have funds to pay it off. I owe about $30k, I have read about being sued for this amount.

What should I do? I have talked to them and they will not give me any break on payments nor discount on the money I owe. bancruptcy is not a choice for me due to the false number. what are the chances of me getting into trouble? the only thing they have from me is my cellphone number and not my current address.

please help me...

You committed fraud. If they find you, they can sue you and you will end up in a judgment against you that will not be dischargeable in BK. If the number you used happens to be another real person and that person disputes the charges by filing a police report, you could be sent to jail for identity theft.
