When my husband was trying to get things straightened out the death certificate he sent both SS#'s and copies of the original credit card documentation showing he was only an authorized user and had no liability for debt.
The rep told him that it was fine and they would fix the reporting error, but nothing has been done yet. He has done this numerous times and it never gets cleared up. What kind of other documentation do we need? Is there any other departments to work with other than the customer service line?
