What is the name of your state? OHIO

I owned some rental properties that when into foreclosure. The Bank put the properties up for sale at the Sheriff's auction. The bank purchased the properties back at the Sheriff's sale.
In October 2003 I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. It was fully discharged on February 10, 2004. The bank purchased back some of these properties before the dischagre of the bankruptcy, but they kept reporting to the Credit Reporting Agencies that I was 120 days late.

My questions is:

Is is legal for them to keep reporting the balance due as late under my credit history after they purchased back the properties? And to keep reporting the balance late after the discharge of the bankruuptcy?
