Can an action be brought against a creditor for interference in a debtor's Chapter 13 bankruptcy? The creditor hasn't directly contacted the debtor but is actively engaged in destroying the debtor's patented intellectual property and sole asset in an attempt to restrain trade. Can the other creditors or the trustee file an action against the creditor for trying to destroy the debtor's ability to reorganize and repay debt through the Chapter 13?
