What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Washington State

If I have a "court ordered judgement" on a defendant, does that make me a secured Creditor or is this considered a nonsecured creditor when the defendant has file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

Judgement was granted for money owed in unpaid rent. $14K????

My response:

You're an "unsecured" judgment creditor. If he filed BK, that judgment is "vapor" - - and so is your money.
