What is the name of your state? Vt. I posted on another site about my surgery. Here is another problem. My ex and his mother keep following me. His mom keeps a journal on me this has been going on for months. This journal is when I have the kids, and where I go what I do when I have the kids. If my dh watches the children while I get a break they claim I am not spending time with them and know where I am at. if I take them to movies my kids tell him everything, and they keep this journal (book by now) going. Also, now my daughter whom is 15 going on 16 is telling me she goes to her friends house and her dad will sit in his car down the street watching her (thinking she is with a boy) when she is only at her friends. One night he sat there watching her friends house for 3 hours! My daughter saw him called him on his cell phone, he said he was at home. She said dad i can see you right now at the end of the road. She is getting creeped out by her dad. Other than that her dad and grandmother treat the kids ok. Should I just ignore all this? I did have a talk with my daughter about what her dad is doing might be because he is concerned about her safety, but he stalks me at times, and this is bothering me too. Thanks Faith

If they are following you I would kindly send them a letter asking them to stop the behavior immediately! Make the letter polite but firm. As for watching your daughter when she goes to friends...Have you tried to communicate with dad and ask him why he feels the need to watch your daughter so closely...Did he catch her doing something or read something that would give him the impression that she needs to be watched? Perhaps he is concerned that she is doing things that may create problems for her as well as you guys and he is just trying to safeguard against it...He might be just acting like a human form of the pill... I know if I caught my father checking up on me when I was 16 any idea's of doing anything like that would have been gone in a flash...

I just read your other thread and was wondering if your surgery is work related...Perhaps Grandma and Dad are watching you because they are under the impression that you are faking a medical condition to avoid child support? My advise is still the same...send them a letter asking them to "bug off" in a very polite way...
