Crime from years ago

I live in Minnesota, as I have for the past 10 years. In 1991, I wrote a couple of bad checks in North Dakota. They are misdemeanors. are they still on my record? what will happen to them? can i just pay them? would they extradite me for less than $200? thanks in advance

the costs of extradition far excede the crime.not likely anyone even remembers. as for paying back money you stole by deciet, consult your concience not us
