Is it a Florida Law or "requirement" of a Felony Probation Officer to intentionally notify your employer that you have been placed on felony probation for 12mos for Resisting Arrest w/Vio on a Domestic Violence case (F3)? Is this not injust to ones privacy or constitutional rights? Especially if one may be fired over this....
Thank you!
