Indiana; Is a city police officer allowed to make a traffic stop outside of his city limits?

If the initial violation occurred in his jurisdiction and he was not able to initiate the stop prior to your leaving his jurisdiction, and if the violation was so severe to where the officer reasonably believed that if he did not stop you, you would continue to be a danger to the public....YES, he can.
