I just found out I have a bench warrant for my arrest for charges I didn't know I was charged with. I Wasn't arrested or booked. I called the court and was told to go to the courthouse and make a court date, which would be for the next day. Can I expect to be arrested when I go either to make the court date or when I go to court? The charges are in California and are 3 years old.the charges are grand theft embezzelment

It depends on what the charges are that you are going to court for. What is your prior criminal background? You should consult with a criminal defense attorney near you about this matter. You can find one at attorneypages
