We bought a new mobile home a few months ago. The home was placed on an undeveloped piece of property we own. The mobile home company highly recomended a well drilling company to put in a septic system and well. This company took 3 weeks to complete a two day job. They drilled two wells and charged me for a stainless steel screen I did not authorize. The dollar amount of the screen is the same as what the company lost drilling the first well. The company employees were very racist. I listened for three weeks to racial slurs. I am white and they were not directed toward me, but I took great offense. I have asked for a warranty on the well and work that was done. I have gotten neither. The well leaked for two months and ran my electric bill up very high. The company did not fix the problem, instead they removed parts and said now it would work. The water in my home is not drinkable. It has a very red-brown color. All of my bathroom fixtures are now badly stained. Who is responsible for replacing them? This company refuses to fix the problem and will not return phone calls. What are my legal options?
