I am a Canadaian citizen and last year got caught at the border with a small amount of marijuana and ecstacy (2grm, and 1 pill). I am also in a band that is supposed to be touring in the states soon. Am I forever going to have a record at the border, is filling out the I-192 form they gave me going to be worth all the money it costs and time it takes? I am also wondering if there is any other way to legitimatley get across (i.e applying for work visa for band)? Any help is greatly appreciated.
