My husbands child support agreement is strangely silent as to when he is to stop paying support for each child. I've read it a dozen times and no where does it ever mention when it should end. The only thing ever mentioned in the agreement is that he has to maintain a life insurance policy with the ex-wife as beneficiary until the youngest child emanicipates.
My husband said he always "assumed" it was until each one emanacipated. However, his wife had an atty draw this agreement up and husband signed without alot of questions. So was this a way to leave the door open or will FL courts rule he is done when they emanicpate?
All your expertise is greatly appreciated. THANKYOU!
