CS Arrears in FLORIDA how collected?

Hi All,

Wondering if you can tell me what the normal process is and time from for collecting arrears in FLORIDA once Child Support Enforcement gets involved? My husband is behind about 3 months plus lots of interest from over the years (since apparently CS was due on the 1st and interest accrues on partial months if paid bi-weekly with payroll).....what is the normal process % that CSE will attempt to collect...time frame given to pay. When do they usually take license? What is the arrerage amount they will request based on, etc? THANKS ALL!

They may not charge him ANY interest for the months he was PARTIALLY late since THEY were not collecting it. CSEA may charge him interest on the 3 months he is currently late.
