When figuring child support in Texas, when figuring the custodial parent's disposable income;

a) is it her income?
b)a combination of her and her husband's?
c)her husband's income if she has none?

If she isn't working they will calculate what she made before she stopped working or they will use what she is capable of making. If she has never had a job, they will use minimum wage.
