What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NEW YORK CITY

To whom it may concern: I work Security for a non profit organization that has there website and if you log into website click on my department my face is on the banner. At no given time was i asked permission. is this legal?

Because no law prohibits your employer from putting employees' pictures on their website.

What your employer is doing is quite commonplace.
