I was to be Married April 3rd 2005, I was also to have my children returned to my home April 2005 and what should be my next hearing with children services. However, they now moved the date 1 month up? They now say my getting married will prevent my children being returned for 1 year+ now? Now prior conversations with them, I adressed these issues and was told it would not complicate anything, that they felt it was great I was getting a better grasp on putting together a good life, and my soon to be wife would merely have to perform the same parenting classes ect. as I.
So, by having moved the hearing date 1 month before our Wedding, CYS is preventing me from proving a more stable "2" parent home? And making her to be more of a live in girlfriend? Thus complicating these possibilities more so?
Also, the BIG question........
After such a wedding, my childrens mother now having been found of aggrivated circumstances, and having all of her paretal rights removed from the children until they are 18, if my soon to be wife were to "adopt" my children, what could the possible outcome be? Could CYS be removed? Could my children be returned? I mean they tld me specifically I not only had parental rights, but also custody, yet my children remain in the care of their great grandmother who's only ultimatium with myself was that I sign her the rights to adopt and she would be supportive..... she is 70.....
I believe they moved the date ahead a full month to prevent us from being married prior to the original date, thus preventing me from proving a by far more stable home in which my children could be returned. I cannot honestly see any other reason as to why they moved everything ahead 1 full month in light of the prior hearing giving me a full 6 months to complete their idiotic tasks.....
