What is the name of your state? NJ, OH, PA and TN (yep complicated)

My ex and I are in the process of changing custody of our daughter to me. We have agreed on all aspects of the new order. It is now up to me to file all the paperwork. NJ retains jurisdiction, I know I have to file the change of custody with NJ however, I am stuck on the child support.

My ex lives in PA....we are moving to TN. The existing child support order which I was paying support was maintained through Ohio but PA held the order since that is where my daughter was living. My question is:

When I file these papers in NJ for custody change, do I supply the courts at that time a child support worksheet filled out declaring how much my ex pays ME now? and if so what state guidelines do I use? TN? since TN is where the child will be living?

Secondly, since my ex and I are in agreement (for once in our life) is there anything different that I need to do when filling out the "certifications" "notice of motion" and "proposed motion" and all these other things?

any help would be appreciated.

Just to clarify: Ex is in agreement to a change in custody. Is he also in agreement to a move to TN?

yes, ex is in agreement to everything, including relocation.

And circumstances of my original posts have changed since he has responded and agreed. I just need an answer to my legal question which is why i came to this site. I don't need parental advice but thank you for your unsolicited opinions
