a friend of mine has four children, two of whom were born here in az, whose estranged wife has since moved all four children to her home state of nc. i have heard so many different things pertaining to the legalities and what his rights are. the latest is that legally he assumes custody for all and every child born in the state of az until the child reaches the age of 12. is this the case and if so, what must he do to assume both physical and legal custody?
