What is the name of your state? father lives in WA, mother lives in NM.

The judge has ordered Psych evaluations on Mother, Father, step mother and daughter.

How does this work with mother and father being of state?

i just had the same thing happen in my custody case. We lived in the same state but5 hours apart. the judge ordered that a specific evaluator in the county that court was being held, do the evaluation. I had to drive 5 hours away with my kids for this evaluation. But it did a world of good. The judge got to hear what the kids had to say with out them being there in court. The evaluator can speak on behalf of your children. Bc to the evaluator they (kids) are the main concern..

so maybe that means they will have to fly down there, how many times do you have to see the psychologist?
